"Ka Manawa Mua Loa" is Hawaiian for "the first time." In ancient days in Hawaii the grandparents had the responsibility for teaching young people about sex. Unfortunately this tradition has not been continued. It would be wonderful if you could talk about sex with your grandparents, or your parents. If they don't bring up the subject, ask them questions and seek their advice. If that doesn't work for you please use this book.
