Most women can obtain birth control pills without an examination. The pill we offer is a low-dose, combination pill whose ingredients are 35 mcg of ethinyl estradiol and 1 mg of norethindrone. In my opinion, this is the best low-dose pill, and can be used by at least 90% of women. This dosage is marketed by numerous companies, reflecting it's wide acceptance. The brand names include Ortho Novum 1/35, Norinyl 1 + 35, Nelova 1/35, Necon 1/35 and Genora 1/35.

Other brands are available by prescription which can be filled at your local pharmacy.

If you are already on the pill, you still need to fill out the application. If you want to stay on that same pill, or choose a comparable pill, a prescription for up to six months can be written for a $20 consultation fee.

The initial consultation fee is $20 and the pills are $10 per cycle. To obtain the pills, fill in the application form and bring it into our office. You can also simply come to the office and fill out a form here.
